Salesforce Data Lead Architect
Accenture Technology’s Data Architect will be responsible for leading data and integration projects. The Architect should be able to draw on experience within the design, development, code review, testing and troubleshooting within these environments. The candidate should also have previous experience guiding, coordinating and carrying migration, integration, and data quality projects to go-live.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Typical Day Snapshot - Data Lead Architect
Advise and implement ETL and data loading solutions using Informatica Cloud Services, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and any other open source ETL applications.
Provide recommendations on Data Management, MDM, data quality and data de duplication.
Planning, designing and implementing Data Migration Activities for Salesforce Implementation
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years Salesforce.com Data Management experience.
Experience in utilizing Powercenter 9.x, ICS, Apex Data Loader, Dell Boomi or any other ETL tools (open source)
Versioning and managing deployment groups in ETL environment.
Background in ETL tuning processes and optimization SQL queries.
Minimum 3 years Developing ETL mapping.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to different Salesforce.com products
Experience in handling large data volume load in Salesforce.
Exposure to Data project management experience.
Experience leading offshore developers.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, either military or civilian.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
Preferred Credentials:
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
