• Key Responsibilities : 1 SFDC CTI implementation knowledge with 5 to 6 years of design and development 2 Basic understanding on any third-party CTI tools like Tenfold/Genesys or similar tool 3 Experience in design and development of technical solutions on Forcecom platform 4 Knowledge of Forcecom development best practices
  
• Technical Experience : 1 Hands on experience in Integration REST and SOAP 2 Salesforce understanding wrt Objects, Fields, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets etc 3 Hands on experience on Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components etc 4 Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model 5 Work with Project Managers, Solution Architects and other team members to ensure that all solutions are tested, migrated, implemented within agreed timelines 6 Support and make sure the product delivered is scalable
