  • Key Responsibilities : Interface between the client and internal team Create and maintain full network implementation documents and technical drawings for projects Network Implementation of LAN/WAN, including: routers, switches, Load balancers, Security devices Should be flexible to adjust in Network and security operation Assess, design, plan and implement the network infrastructure according to the clients requirement Responsible for managing the LAN, WAN Data Center issues for customer within MTTR
    
  • Technical Experience : Experience in Supporting Datacentre Enterprise Networks, Provision, Support and maintenance of switches, cabling and associated DC LAN and WAN technologies Experience working within an enterprise DC network environment-Core Network Protocol support BGP, OSPF, NAT, HSRP ,Spanning-tree L2 over L3 encapsulation technologies Network transformation skill with the experience in design and deployment of Cisco router switches Cisco Platform Support IOS 6500, ASRs, ISRs Working knowledge on Nexus
    
  • Professional Attributes : Service Operations Delivery experience , Excellent communication skills Should be able to communicate assertively over conference calls, Must be READY for 24 x7 support  , Good team player , Good communication and collaboration skills Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
