Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Analytics Capabilities 

    • Work hands-on with Google Analytics and other similar tools to generate insights and recommendations in areas of website engagement, conversion optimization, media and campaign performance 

    • Conduct request-based ad-hoc insights analysis on traffic, performance & website engagement KPIs 

    • Consult client stakeholders on the opportunities/gaps in their current digital marketing analytics programs  

  • Client/ Stakeholder Management  

    • Interface closely with client to deliver and implement recommendations that improves marketing initiatives outcomes 

  • Project/ Deliverables Management 

    • Analyze analytics project requirements, create project prioritization & delivery plans 

    • Ensure projects delivered adheres to quality & delivery timelines as per contractual SLAs 


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in digital analytics, with 5+ years of experience in leading / managing a team of digital analytics & insights specialists 

  • Should have at least 2 years of prior experience with website, media, campaign and content analysis, insights & reporting 

  • Expert in Adobe Analytics / similar web analytics tools with proven experience of generating insight from business/web analytics data 

  • Understanding of Google Marketing Platform ecosystem & its integration with Analytics 360 

  • Should have a thorough understand of Digital Marketing KPI’s 

  • Have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage client-facing responsibilities 

  • Has the ability to adapt to, absorb and apply latest trends and thought leadership in the areas of analytics, business and technology 

  • Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics 

  • Ability to work with large globally networked and virtual teams and able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams 

  • Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, team leadership and client communications. 

  • Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics 

Good to Have 

  • Certified in Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) 

  • Understanding of technologies & principles required for implementation of AB Test /MVT/ Optimization techniques   

  • Exposure to paid media platforms like Google Adwords…  

  • Prior experience of working for automobile industry
