Key Responsibilities
Be a CHANGE AGENT and a force for data-driven communication
Be a strong and persuasive communicator, able to simplify research and strategic thinking for senior clients and creative teams
Work with senior clients to shape briefs and communication strategy
Have a proven track record in luxury brands
Inspire creatives with unexpected strategies/ briefs that gets them to the enduring and differentiated creative work
Analyse and present data to prove effectiveness of campaigns (able to work closely with analytics)
Plan and run Workshops
Be the Account expert on the industry’s changing trends and wider marketing trends that could impact the account
Provide in-depth analysis of competitors, the market and audiences to write brand / campaign strategies and creative briefs
Be an expert and knowledge centre for social, content and one-to-one marketing: strategies, case studies and latest technology
To lead, grow and inspire a core team of planners within the agency; manage senior-level planning resources globally
Work with the business leaders of the agency to evolve new agency capabilities and grow new business opportunities
