Job Responsibilities

• Assess client’s end to end enterprise architecture including business, application, data, infrastructure, security, and operating model architectures
• Evaluate current maturity level and gaps across major capabilities.
• Conduct application architecture & portfolio rationalization assessing the functional and technical health of each business applications and provided recommendations.
• Develop target digital architecture specifically for Business & Application (Decoupled), Infrastructure & security landscape focusing to enhance Omni-channel sales, Digital Customer experience & Micro service based Digital Interaction capabilities for seamless experience.
• Provide architecture governance and assurance during digital solutions implementations
• Designing and constructing advanced economic models for the purpose of cost control / optimization, profitability improvements and revenue streams diversifications.
• Apply deep technology, value architect, operating model, and architecture skills to influence C-level client agenda through technology insights.
• Develop comprehensive IT strategies, including but not limited to digital strategies, operating models, information strategies, system strategies and target architectures, capability assessments, sourcing strategies and models, best practice IT process frameworks and delivery models

• Multi-speed Operating Model & DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration
• Experience working with IT leadership (CIO, IT Director) and business leadership (CFO, COO, BU President, etc.) to help shape and guide the IT strategic and improvement agenda
• Anticipates technological trends and introduces changes in development methodologies and modelling techniques into the enterprise
• Project Management skills including but not limited to financial analysis, business performance analysis, report structuring and delivery, client management.
• Experience including but not limited to operational due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-out, operational turnaround.
