Uncovering financial resources that can fund further tech investments and create an engine of growth. As a Telecom Architecture Consultant/Manager you should have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering projects. With your impressive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape, disruptive technologies and trends in technology strategy, you will work in high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed.

Your Role:

• Drive and develop technology vision, innovation, expertise, and thought leadership

• Conduct architecture assessments for 5G NR (including OpenRAN architecture) or/and 5GCN and define solutions 

• Work with Clients on investigating current needs and problems in order to create and implement comprehensive business and technology transformations

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert transforming an existing operating model to allow introduction and deployment of new generation of network services (5G)

Requirements:

•  4+ years of proven experience gained in Telcom Operators, Network/Telecom Suppliers or in Consulting companies related to broad aspects of Network design, planning, build and/or operations

• Demonstrated experience in participation in network transforming projects 

• Knowledge of the basics of 5G network architecture and Open RAN architecture

• Knowledge of 3GPP and other relevant standards supporting 5G and OpenRAN as well ability to properly use Technical Specification for network design and network functionalities

Working Conditions:

• Headquarter: Warsaw,Cracow or Wroclaw Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation

• Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
