ROLE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Professional with experience (2-8 years) in sustainability services including one or more of the following

• Definition of the sustainability Strategy and Governance
• Carbon Footprint
• Green Lending/green Bonds definition
• Net Zero Carbon Industry Transition/energy Transition
• Circular Economy
• ESG assessments
• ESG reporting
• ESG Ratings/ESG certification/ISOs
• ESG Compliance and Regulation
• ESG Risk Modelling
• Green IT/Green Cloud

REQUIREMENTS

• Definition of the sustainability Strategy and Governance
• Materiality analysis and definition of sustainability initiatives of companies
• Definition and implementation of KPIs to measure contribution/impact of sustainability initiatives to companies and for their disclosure
• Sustainability Analytics
• Sustainability Software (SAP, Salesforce or others)
• Strong soft skills and capabilities in sustainable problem solving and solutions finding

DESIRABLES

• Experience on sustainability standards and solutions for reporting
• ESG Data Collection experience
• Assessment and evaluation of criteria for sustainable financial products
• ESG Risk evaluation and Scenario Analysis
• Experience on European Taxonomy application
• Carbon foot printing and reduction strategies definition
