• Project Role :Technology Solution Planner
• Project Role Description :Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

  • Key Responsibilities : - Provide operational support for LAN/WAN in a multi-shift 7 x 24 x 365 Operations Center - Monitor and Troubleshoot MAN/WAN problems in a global network architecture extending across multiple geographies - Troubleshooting and resolve issues on wired and wireless LAN networks - Coordinate with Hardware vendors for operational issues - Support key network services like DNS, DHCP and AAA
    
  • Technical Experience : - Expert hands on knowledge in enterprise level networking - Excellent knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS and BGP Environment - Comprehensive understanding of Layer 2 and 3 protocols - Comprehensive understanding of L3 VPNs S2S/C2S from both routers and security platforms like Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Fortinet - Network Automation skill using Python, Ansible or any other Scripting Language - AWS, Azure or Google Cloud knowledge preferable
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Customer service skills and client focus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language
    
  • Educational Qualification : - BE, BTech, MCA equivalent or above - CCNP/CCIP Certification
