WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Consult and advise on IT and business processes;

• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to fix issues independently as they are identified;

• Demonstrate the ability to take requirements and build the technical solutions to fulfill the request as they are assigned;

• Has expert knowledge in the field of ITIL, SOA, COBIT, ISO 2000 and IT Service Management support tools (ServiceNow, BMC);

• Provide technical documentation;

• Implement solutions following standards and proper change control processes;

• Manages the implementation of IT Service Management processes and software supporting these processes;

• Is responsible for continuous learning, learning about the latest trends in management to be able to implement changes and improvements in the provision of IT services.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Upper intermediate English – is a must;

• ITIL V4 Foundation or higher;

• 1-3 year minimum ITSM experience with one of the following: CA, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell;

• Work effectively in a team environment;

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks;

• Demonstrated ability to take design requirements and develop the technical solution;

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology;

• Strong communication skills both written and oral;

• Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and achieve desired results;

• Effective at working through ambiguity.
