Cloud Project/Service Delivery Manager

The Cloud Project/ Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects and services to meet customer needs, and responsible for maintaining customer relationships. In this role, you will be driving and supporting Accenture Technology teams to plan, build, deploy, test, and operate IT environments in private and public clouds.

What will you do:

• Acting as a primary representative of delivery organization and an interface with the customer organization and with other vendors.

• Leading geographically dispersed technology teams to produce quality project and/or service deliverable.

• Delivering project and/ or services to required performance targets (scope, schedule, cost, security, service levels).

• Identifying appropriate business and technical solutions to resolve issue when arise, act as escalation point.

• Financial management, reporting and driving spent optimizations.

What do we expect from you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project and/ or Service Delivery Manager.

• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince, Scrum, Agile) and/ or ITIL service management.

• Knowledge of at least one Project Management/collaboration tool (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar).

• Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and Cloud.

• Basic understanding of IT security aspects (infrastructure, networks, applications).

• Good numeric reporting skills (incl. advanced knowledge of Ms Excel and/ or Ms PowerBI/Tableau).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of at least one public cloud will be an advantage (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Upper intermediate English – is a must, other languages will be an advantage (German, French).
