Is your sweet spot to bring innovation to practice?We are looking for Business & Innovation Consultants to manage the delivery of our innovative & cutting-edge custom & cloud engineering solutions and services to overcome our clients’ challenges.Your jobAs a LS Business & Innovation Consultant you are Business-wise, Tech-savvy and have hands-on engineering experience as well as innovation management expertise. You will act as the LS lead for 1 of the 5 industries and its clients, and will be responsible end-to-end innovation management, from Ideation till Scaling and Maintain – in line, but not limited to the skills, capabilities, expertise and services of the Liquid Studio.For this, you will on one hand focus on the technical side of innovation and therefore work with the team to shape, design and deliver innovative solutions to our clients in the fields of for example Multi-cloud and DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Assistants, Brain to Computer interface, Internet of Things, XR and Quantum Computing. On the other hand, you will help create sustainable business value for our clients, the business engagement team is also focusing new business and organizational development. To deliver the end-to-end innovation projects, you will work closely together with both local (Dutch) and Global Subject Matter Experts across the Accenture network such as Liquid Studios in other Countries or the Accenture Technology Labs.So in summary:

• You will initiate and deliver end-to-end Innovation Projects, ranging from Ideation till Scale & Maintain;
• Maintain and manage Liquid Studio’s innovation pipeline by working closely together with different stakeholders from your Industry Group as well as with your engineering collogues of the Liquid Studio;
• Initiate and further develop the Innovation Offerings together with the LS engineers, inc. conducting market studies industry trends as well as new and emerging technologies.
• Scout Accenture expertise and capabilities related to the Innovation Topics.

We are looking for ambitious young professionals (>5 year working experience) with a background in of Strategic Innovation Management, Project Management, Technology & Management or other related fields;

• You have proven experience in at least 1 of our key Industry Groups, i.e. business, consulting and functional background;
• You have proven experience Technological & Digital Innovations, i.e. technical & innovation background;
• You have engineering expertise in either Front-end, Back-end, DevOps and/or Cloud;
• You take initiative and operate proactively in project management and problem solving;
• A high level of motivation, entrepreneurship and drive as well as eagerness to learn, understand the principle of Seeing is Believing and like to explore the unknown;
• You have excellent communications skills, both Dutch and English;
• You have an innovative mindset and able to think outside the box;
