Java Developer

As Java specialist you will work for Accenture Liquid Studio with other specialists, often in multi-disciplinary teams, for a huge variety of clients throughout the Netherlands and foreign countries for varying assignments often with a mission to create a sustainable future for the next generations.

Your job

You will work for clients on-site or remote depending on your interests and the client’s wishes. Together with the client you will design and build high-tech, custom solutions. Depending on your level and interest you can choose to do anything like developing features, propose system redesigns or drafting architectural designs across a complete microservice landscape.

Liquid Studio is always aiming to provide clients with customized solutions using the latest technologies thus each project can be radically different and require a versatile skillset from Spring / Jakarta to cloud microservices and automation. Some technologies Accenture Liquid Studio is working with are: Java 11+, Spring (boot), REST, microservices architecture, CI/CD Automation, DevOps, Docker, No-SQL & Big data, Security, Mobile, VR & AR. On top of that we are (premium) partners with many technology providers like Oracle, Splunk and Hashicorp plus all major cloud operators and even offer in house trainings in each of these areas.

Your team

Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?

Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.

Your background

• Bachelor in software engineering (Masters and other computer sciences are welcome too)

• 3+ years of Java development experience

• Additional (technical) certifications are always a plus (Oracle Java, Spring, Agile, DevOps, etc.)

• Looking for personality traits like passion for technology, eager to learn and creativity

• Any concepts and/or technologies you are passionate about
