About the role:

The ServiceNow Developer, will be a member of the Agile development team and perform hands-on technical development work, based on assigned user stories. You will review client requirements, identify ServiceNow areas for automation, and implement best-practice solutions. You will assist in triaging and troubleshooting issues in production and non-production systems. 

You will provide software configuration across various technical areas while analysing the business requirements and developing technical requirements. The focus would be to develop and design application modules, workflows, and Catalog requests, deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for our clients and be a mentor to other colleagues while taking on a bit more responsibility.

About you:

You would have a bachelor’s degree complementing your 2 years of relevant IT work experience, while being a professional in supporting the configuration and development of ServiceNow and developing with HTML, JavaScript, or AngularJS.

Having strong oral and written communications skills is needed in our Customer Relationship environment and holding at least 1 or 2 ServiceNow certificates would give you the push-start that you need to work in implementing systems using the Agile methodology.

Additionally, this would complement your work experience:

Having scripting, ServiceNow configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment experience.

Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or configuration of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and working knowledge of IT infrastructure with a discovery tool.

Experience managing relationships, operating procedures and service level agreements with clients and co-workers, DevOps and CI/CD while having a certification in ITIL Foundation.

Supporting Service Management tool suites including HP, BMC Remedy, CA, and ServiceNow.
