Job Description
The Oracle ERP Capability Lead will be responsible for:
Driving internal awareness in Oracle ERP technology - vision, innovation, capability.
Building sales pipeline and supporting business opportunities to drive Oracle ERP-related sales.
Develop go-to-market strategies and execute campaigns to build awareness and grow sales pipeline in Oracle ERP
Establish good working relationship with internal Industry sales and delivery leads.
Leading the ERP solutioning and estimating in proposals, planning and pricing
Providing Solution Architecture reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements
Presenting to client senior management levels during sales or delivery, primarily influencing on ERP solution design
Managing large teams and/or efforts to define, design, build and deliver for Oracle ERP implementations
Professional Skill Requirements
Minimum 10 years and above relevant experience in both sales and delivery
Driving ERP business, supporting sales pipeline
Experience in the capacity of Project Manager or Delivery Lead in ERP implementations
At least 2 cycles of Project management experience
Oracle Financial background preferred, not mandatory (Non Oracle ERP experience may be considered)
