  • Key Responsibilities : a Should be a team player taking up responsibilities of a team member b Should work in collaboration with client stakeholders; technical interactions with COE team c Should have fair working knowledge experience in ITSM/Project Management tools Remedy, Jira etc d Should be well versed with SLM KPI targets
    
  • Technical Experience : a Should have a good knowledge of any Scripting Language Java Script, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Python and API REST, SOAP etc b Should either have working knowledge of vRA/vRO Administration or should be ready to upskill c Virtualization skills like VMWare, Hyper-V, CITRIX etc will be added qualification d Good knowledge of Operating Systems Windows Linux e Working knowledge of Cloud platforms AWS/Azure
