  • Key Responsibilities : Investigate and Resolve Severity 1 Critical and Severity 2 Major Incidents Perform Root Cause Analysis, Outage analysis and executive reporting 3 Execute incident management activities and procedures as outlined by ATT Incident Management Process tracking them to completion 4 Work with ATT Technology Ops to monitor, collect statistics and track In Scope Application performance metrics to identify software that requires run-time improvements Must be able to write and debug the shell script
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should have 3-4Years of experience in production support role 2 Experience in Incident/defect management tools like Jira, I-Trac, Service Now, BMC Remedy 3 Experience in System/Application Monitoring and configuration management tools like EFK, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, Catchpoint, Sitescope, Adobe AEM, Ansible, Terraforms, scripting 4 Experience on Platforms like Unix, RHEL Linux, Solaris, Windows, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Orchestration platform like K8S Triaging issues on Database
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Drive and communicate production application support corrective actions ensuring they are tracked to completion Leadership and communication skills 2 Advise the ATT Tech Ops of estimated restoral time ERT in accordance with the ATT requirements set forth in ATTs Trouble Ticket Classification
