• Project Role :Test Lead
• Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Functional testing 2: Work on test artifacts such as Test Plan, Test strategy, estimation, Test scenarios 3: Identify and document defects and drive them to closure through coordination 4: Lead the testing team from offshore 5: Client Communication and status reporting
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Should have at least 6yr of TOSCA hands-on experience 2: Should be able to automate Web based, desktop , API etc using TOSCA 3: Should be able to create and manage the workspace in TOSCA 4: Should have knowledge of at least one of the standard testing tools such as JIRA HP ALM, RALLY
