  • Key Responsibilities : Offshore consultant with prior AIOps experience or exposure to tools like Splunk, BigPanda, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, UIPath, Terraform etc Delivery of IT Operations automation across Google Cloud and the On-Prem ecosystem Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross-technology administration OS, databases, virtual networks, execution of scripts, and monitoring automation Configure and integrate AIOps platforms ITSM, APM, NPM, ITIM, ITOA, RPA into target state architecture to deliver
    

  • Technical Experience : Required/Must have worked on: ServiceNow, Splunk, Appdynamics

    Preferred additional solution knowledge: BigPanda, Zabbix, UIPath, Terraform, Morpheus, ELK Stack

    Optional: ML-based event correlations using Google tools or opensource ML libraries
