  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects 2 Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients 3 Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines 4 Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 At least 3 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience or support experience 2 A minimum of 2 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations 3 Strong SAP SuccessFactors know how
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1, Excellent written and verbal communications 2 Ability to work effectively in a team setting, 3 Client facing experience 4 Experience to convert requirements to HLD and LLD 5 Groom new team members with KT and details of the requirements
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field
