  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Able to handle Support tickets and CRs related to Time Management and other SAP HCM modules 2 Should be able to propose Automations in the Project 3 Should be able to understand the Business Process and Analyse the requirements of the Client 4 Should be able to identify risks in advance and update the Business Users without impacting Payroll Run 5 Should be able to handle Projects as per the client requirement 6 Should be Proactive and willing to take new challenges
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Configuration of WSR 2 Configuration of Absence Attendance Types With Quota Deduction W/o Quota Deduction 3 Configuration of Absence Attendance Quotas 4 Configuration of PTMW 5 Must have good knowledge on Interfaces Inbound Outbound 6 Have knowledge on Idocs 7 Must have good knowledge and hands on experience in handling complex Time PCRs and Schemas Both Positive Negative 8 Worked on HRSP and year end activities 9 Should have good knowledge on end to end Integration to 3 rd party systems
