  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Requirements gathering from various business teams in Customer Service to address regulatory requirements in the Utility industry 2- Design and Development and maintenance support in CRM, Alerts config and Web UI Components 3-Designed custom enhancements in CRM Activity Management and Interaction Center and Web UI
    
  • Technical Experience : 1- Maintenance of codes and code groups in IMG 2- Must have experience on SAP for Utilities CRM 3- Must have SAP application background
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1-Strong organizational skills, Experience in dealing with Client as well as third-party-provided services; 2-Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude, Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
