  • Key Responsibilities : a - Day to Day support of SAP C4 HANA Sales and service b - Support recently implemented SAP C4 HANA solutions c - Perform defect and issue resolution of SAP and HANA related support incidents d - Capacity to work independently and lead others e - Resource should good in handling Customer Data Cloud from Gigya/IAM
    
  • Technical Experience : a - Must have experience on CPI and C4 HANA to S4 HAVE integration b - SAP C4 HANA SALES , Service Cloud experience is must c - Must have prior implementation experience with Lead and Opportunity management in CRM solutions
