  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers 2 Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments 3 Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks production /Non-production 4 Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure 5 Knowledge/Experience in moving transports, scheduling
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems 2 Understanding of Kernel upgrades 3 Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules 4 Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities
