  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Advise on the best use of Salesforce Health Cloud features, emphasis on OOTB functionality 2 Enhance Customer 360 Profile and build Visualforce/Lightning Components for Patient Navigation 3 Configure and Customize Patient Management views, Household and relationships, Patient Card, Care Plan Management, Referral Management, Provider profile 4 Integrating with EHRs using REST APIs 5 Better use of Permission sets and Data Models of Health Cloud 6 Configure Salesforce Shield platform encryption
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 5 years of IT experience, 3 years of Salesforce and health cloud 2 Ability to handle user management, profile, APEX programming, workflow rules, process builder flows 3 Experience data structures, objects, tools like developer workbench, data loader, etc 4 Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, resolving deployment issues 5 Experience in developing custom workflow rules, time based workflows, process builder flows 6 Developing REST APIs in Salesforce
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Exposure to Health domain 2 Good communications skills 3 Good team collaboration skills and be able to manage and both offshore and onshore teams
