  • Key Responsibilities : A: Overall responsible for leading offshore delivery team on run side Customer and Investment Create transition plan, mobilize team, engage client stakeholders, service review, manage run governance framework B:Track Program RAIDs MI reporting as agreed with client C:Strong experience of ITIL Problem, Incident, Change and Service Management D:Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation initiatives Drive proactive and preventive incident/problem management
    
  • Technical Experience : A: 10 yrs of exp in SLA and KPI management, engage with change team to ensure smooth service introduction for new implementation B:Manage production technology incidents to resolution, ensuring timely engagement, escalation and effective communication to business, technology and vendor partners
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Resource should have good analytical skills B: Resource should have good communication skills
