Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Help the Performance Test Manager in arriving at impact analysis, test estimations, test planning for project B: Help Performance Test Manager in defininig VPT test model test scope based on user stories and conduct risk assessment workshops to create a fully signed off test scope of the programme/project C: Help the Performance Test Manager in reviewing VPT Environment dependencies and highlight the risks for the Programmes D: Good understanding of the risks and issues
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Relevant experience with Performance testing of NET/J2EE Applications B: Must have solid LoadRunner scripting experience C: Experience in building scripts and executing tests in JMeter D: Prior experience with Tuning/optimization of NET/J2EE Applications E: Strong experience with monitoring tools like CA Wily Introscope, HP Diagnostics F: AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, vmstat, iostat, htop etc G: Experience with testing applications on cloud based environment like Amazon Cloud AWS
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Decision-making and Problem Solving B: Judgement and analytical skills required to resolve complex technical and non-functional problems as it is key to deliver quality and on-time execution of the performance testing C: Strong hands on experience in Performance Testing, API testing
