  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work in L2 L3 Java Application Support Maintenance project 2 Coordinate and driving Incident resolutions to meet client SLAs 3 Lead and drive support teams to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents, 4 Document follow-up actions identified during and after incidents and drive these as Service Improvement items, 5 Participate in client connects for escalation handling/management
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should have hands on experience on Oracle Procedures, Functions, Packages Collections 2 Should have exposure of developing the new PL/SQL code and understand the application database code to provide the required bug fix 3 Should have exposure to UNIX servers and related commands 4 Must have code debugging skill for PLSQL packages and good to have basic DBA knowledge 5 Would be good if candidate has knowledge of loading external data into Oracle database and dbms_scheduler jobs
