  • Key Responsibilities : a: Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks b: CCNA is preferred with proven knowledge in networking domain c: Good understanding of networking protocols d: Working Knowledge in web / application server implementation deployment
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Proficient in configuration and installation of Voice devices and services eg Jabber CIPC SIP trunk Voice gateways etc b: Drive troubleshooting critical / complex issues c: Maintain and upgrade Network infrastructure systems as per industry standard best practices including code upgrades patches hot fixes and security configurations
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written skills b: Ability to operate independently with little direct supervision c: Time management
