  • Key Responsibilities : a:Managing cases, requests and Support non SAP applications b:Respond to monitoring incidents raised by the mywizard system c:Ensuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner d:Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times e:Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
    
  • Technical Experience : a:Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking b:Working knowledge of SQL Databases basic network configuration c:Working knowledge on Web server and IIS configuration d:Working knowledge on managing application server and application configurations e:Working knowledge on SAML configuration for authentication f:Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and logic building capabilities g:Ability to handle application patch and version upgrades
