• Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Azure SQL DBA experience with Azure Data Warehouse knowledge 2 Well versed with Azure SQL Administrative tasks Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related troubleshooting tools 3 Indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching 4 SQL database backup, restore and recoveries 5 Configuration of SQL Servers; Clustering, log shipping, mirroring, etc 6 Database designs tables, datatypes, stored procedures, functions, etc
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Great handson knowledge on Query performance tuning 2 Critical incident support and interactions with Microsoft 3 Azure certification preferred 4 Good understanding on query structure, collation, indexing
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good knowledge on documentation and communication skill for customer handling
    
  • Educational Qualification : 15 yrs min exp
