- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : will be working with massive scale multi-cloud environment and will take part in deployments, upgrades, incident, problem capacity management functions You will work on production non-production environments to ensure all services are running reliably securely
- Technical Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of working with mission critical, 24x7 Cloud Operations/SRE teams preferably MS Azure to execute upgrades, deployments, user infra provisioning, incident change management
- Professional Attributes : Excellent customer service and people skills Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication and relationship building skills Ability to be a good listener, and to understand customer issues Ability to provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix a customers problem
