  • Key Responsibilities : aResource will be responsible in the area of ticket resolution bResource will be responsible to Provide product and technical analysis of the defect clearly indicating the reason and resolution of the defect cResource will be responsible to Provide any additional information as required for the maintenance team to fix and test the problem effectively dResource will be responsible to Close issue with sufficient information
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Experience in configuration, maintenance deployment of applications on Jboss EAP b: Experience with financial clients would be an added advantage c: Knowledge of clustering, JAAS, PAM, SOA, JMS in Jboss
    
  • Professional Attributes : a : Must have good communication, analytical skills and presentation skills b : Ability to coordinate and work with the team members c : Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery SLAs
