  • Key Responsibilities : A:Overall responsible for leading offshore delivery team on change/run side Customer and Investment B:Create transition plan, mobilize team, engage client stakeholders, service review, manage run governance framework C:Track Programme RAIDs MI reporting as agreed with client D:Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation initiatives Drive proactive and preventive incident/problem management E:SLA and KPI management, engage with change team to ensure smooth service introduction
    
  • Technical Experience : A:10 years of experience in managing Run/Change , JIRA confluence , Scrum , Agile , Java scripting, MS suite B:Strong experience of software development and delivery management C:Ability to handle multiple competing tasks, prioritizing to ensure business deliverables are met even under stressful situation
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Resource should have good analytical skills B: Resource should have good communication skills
