  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Serve on deployment teams to architect and deploy solutions within the ServiceNow platform for customers 2 Create high quality client-facing deliverable content 3 Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should have 8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow required 2 Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, etc 3 Proven experience with ServicNow configuration elements LDAP, VPN, SSO/SAML, etc 4 ServiceNow business analyst with in-depth experience in designing and implementing CMDB changes for Cloud based discovered resources CMDB knowledge is important
