  • Key Responsibilities : a: Configuration Management duties associated with GCP demand and design b: Update data in the CMDB according to requirements and analysis c: Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery scheduled jobs and overall health d: Develops and maintains logical data models utilizing windows-based data modeling tools
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Minimum of 3 years of Servicenow CMDB and Configuration Management experience b: Experience in successfully transforming Business Requirements into Servicenow Out of the Box solutions c: Experience of Common Service Data Model CSDM designs within cloud services d: Detailed working understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practice e: Experience of creating and documenting standards
