  • Key Responsibilities : A: Work closely with diverse Business and IT teams gain a detailed understanding of the Business requirements related to Control Reports B: Identify solution options and perform solution option evaluations in order to get the best solution agreed C: Should have worked in following domains : Retail / Wholesale / Capital markets / Investment Banking D: Understanding / working knowledge of data feeds, data integration layer for complex reporting system is a plus
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Must Prepare requirements and solution documents: i: Business Requirement Document ii : Functional Requirement Document iii: Getting them signed off from all stakeholders B: Good knowledge of requirements gathering, requirement elicitation and other BA skills C: Broad understanding of the Data -warehousing concepts, database knowledge is an added advantage
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills plus analytical skills 2 Good leadership and team management skills
