  • Key Responsibilities : a: Interface with client teams global and local to identify improvement opportunities in client businesses b: Assist in developing solutions for identified opportunities in all lines of banking business c: Typical responsibilities would include; d:Map as is and designing target operating model e: Design to be processes / structures / work flow management/ business solution f: Develop and manage business requirement specification g: Proposal support and response
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Experience between 10 to 13 yrs in the Banking industry/ management consulting/ functional or banking domain expertise b: Experience in any one or more of the following: c: Operations and or Process management, design, analysis and improvement in leading FS organizations d: Payments processing or information processing in Financial Services or related organizations e: Business or operations units of at least one line of banking business Assets, Liabilities or Wealth Management
