  • Key Responsibilities : a: Support and maintain Netcool monitoring environment b: Patching, migration and upgrading IBM Tivoli Netcool software components, Netcool, Tivoli , NOI c: Produce and implement monitoring designs for new projects including custom monitoring scripts/agents d: Produce custom monitoring solutions for new Applications being introduced e: Produce default monitoring standards for new Platforms/Hardware/Software f: Creating of build scripts for new agents
    
  • Technical Experience : a: 8 years experience b: Proficiency with various scripting and coding methods such as PERL/CGI, Shell/Batch, XML, SQL c: Experience with NOI features like IBM Event Analytics d: Hands-on experience with Service Now
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Should have Good Communication Skills leadership skills b: Should have Good analytical skills presentation skills c: Should have ability to work under pressure
