  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a RPA software development role 2 Experience with RPA Software eg Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UI Path is must 3 Experience architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality 4 Experience with web development technologies preferential 5 Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage 2 Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices 3 Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming 4 Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
