  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Managing the Tools team 2 Application and utility upgrades 3 Co-ordinating with vendors regarding client requirements and product delivery 4 Updating and managing documents, POPs and other documents 5 Managing tools ticketing 6 Updating and managing excel Macros using VBA 7 Installation and managements of ALM, Tosca, Archive Manager servers 8 Management of Application SQL servers
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 ALM Admin Must have good exposure of migrations, ALM architecture, implementations, etc 2 Knowledge of Tosca from administrative point of view 3 SQL knowledge of developing SQL queries/joins 4 VB scripting knowledge 5 Good to have Networking - knowledge of subnets/DNS, etc 6 Windows Server / IIS Administration knowledge 7 Good to have Coding/Development knowledge 8 ALM/ Tosca certifications if any
