• Project Role :Scrum Master
• Project Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc B: Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works C: Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development D: Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Knowledge of Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP B: Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum to explain other methodologies to motivate team C: Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs D: Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
