Application Development Manager

LOCATIONS:

Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Philadelphia, PA to define and maintain the blueprint reference reporting architecture and guide the development team to translate the blueprint into a technical solution. S/he will perform the following duties: customize Business Objects Universes using design and creation of classes, IDT Universe Designer, ODBC connections, entity relationships and SQL queries; design and maintain data and reporting security; design, support, and optimize SAP Crystal report publications, using SAP Cloud Platform APIs; design, build, test, and deploy new or modified compensation plans, rules, and components; apply functional and technical knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud tools, systems, and processes to deliver business enhancements; develop in Salesforce.com using Lightning component, APEX, Visual Force, API, and workflows using industry best practices; provide services for new or existing data integration, quality-assurance, maintenance and UAT Support-related activities; provide technical support in the use and implementation of relational database products; design and implement automated new solutions using SAP's latest Cloud, UC4, and Platform services; support multi-tier application architectures and work in an agile development environment; understand end-to-end life cycle and process flow of an order from Salesforce.com to billing and compensation systems; and provide support for updates to existing workflows and integration with Litmos and other third-party applications for supporting onboarding and enablement process.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Manager or in related IT positions including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience implementing cloud solutions in SAP Sales Cloud, including Commissions, Reporting, and Analytics; 6 years of experience designing and delivering reporting solutions in SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Central Management Console; 6 years of experience developing and optimizing SQL objects in Oracle, including PL/SQL, MSSQL; 4 years of experience designing UI and developing interactive solutions in Salesforce Lightning components development; 4 years of experience implementing approvals process in Callidus Workflow; and 4 years of experience developing and optimizing reporting solutions and integration systems in Microsoft BI, including SSIS and SSRS.
