• Key Responsibilities : 1 Troubleshoot issues reported and identify the root cause 2 Perform Impact analysis 3 Must able to do perform configuration and customization tasks 4 Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX 5 Effectively communicate verbal written with the client and within the team
  
• Technical Experience : 1 Veeva CRM configuration experience with knowledge on Account Territory Management,Call Reporting,CLM,ApprovedEmails,MCCP,Engage,Sample Management and Surveys 2 Should have good knowledge on Salesforce Workflows,Validations,Approval Process,Security Data Model 3 Should have worked on Customization of Apex,Visual Force,Triggers,Batch and Schedule Apex jobs 4 Should have hands on experience with Data loader or other migration tools 5 Should able understand existing code and fix Veeva issues
