  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must have good knowledge in SAP SD 2 Handle the tasks independently which are assigned 3 Testing the end to end SAP SD scenarios including the interfaces - SIT 4 Guiding the users in testing during the UAT 4 All kind of documentation creation
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should have in depth knowledge in SAP SD along with customer service in terms warranty, claims, claims settlement, service orders, repairs, user exits and other related configuration 2 Should have hand on experience on user exits, BADIs BAPIs LSMW etc 3 Should have knowledge on the business processes and relevant SAP solutions 4 Creating FDDs and providing the logic for custom developments 5 Should be able to do the configurations independently
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility 2 Strong oral and written communication skills
