  • Key Responsibilities : Must required skill: CCB Customer Relationship Management Resource will configure processes and workflows for New connection, disconnection and related processes such as Meter change, Name Change, address change, load change etc Has in-depth knowledge of Utilities processes and their configuration on Oracle CCB Should be well versed with IVRS and CTI integration
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Good functional understanding of areas like customer information, customer move-in, move-out etc 2 Good functional knowledge in CCB/C2M start/stop option Campaign, package, order, case type, SA type, SP type etc 3 Good understanding of configuring CCB from scratch 4 Ability to map functional requirements to technical documents 5 Good understanding of Oracle Utility Application Framework and Configuration Tools 6 Strong analytical capabilities to solve complicated issues arising during design a
