• Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Ability to work with clients to gather testing requirements, exchange communication during the testing phases to get the testing artifacts reviewed and approved Lead test items in onshore-offshore model B:Design a test plan, test approach, test closure reports, estimate work products using ADM estimator/other estimation techniques C: Provide status updates in leadership meetings/Client call, Generate Test matrices, reports Keep track of planned vs actual efforts and share weekly/monthly r
