  • Key Responsibilities : Support Calypso Batches and take remedial actions wherever required as per predefined SLA Managing User access controls on the Calypso environments Managing the multiple Calypso environments as per testing/functional requirements Monitoring the prod environments and take actions on alerts To provide environment related support during UAT Phase Support production releases, deployment of code and config in production Managing the DR Activity on Prod environments Co-ordinating with BA team
    
  • Technical Experience : Calypso Technical Architecture and Service overview Linux expertise and knowledge on shell scripting Knowledge on Source code repository like GitHub, Bitbucket Knowledge on Ticket tracking tool like Jira, Service Now, Confluence Oracle/SQL knowledge Must have knowledge on build script Gradle and application server JBoss Must have knowledge on DevOps tools Jenkins, Nexus Must have understanding about Calypso components and Calypso Dashboard
