  • Key Responsibilities : Workday experience in HR Projects Should be strong with handling all Workday Integrations Studio, EIBs Inbound and Outbound, CCB, PECI, CC Should be strong in Studio Integrations Should be strong with XSLT, XSL and XML coding Should have good knowledge of Payroll and Benefits modules to be able to identify issues and find solutions
    
  • Technical Experience : Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion Experience with all aspects of Workday HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytic
