  • Key Responsibilities : a: Able to independently handle 2-3 medium sized applications from impact assessment, design, build and test b: Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to talk to client team directly and understand the requirements and design principles c: Ready to cross train and learn Web methods technology
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Should have a minimum 4 years of Web methods experience and exposure to design/development of ESB/EAI applications b: Should have in depth knowledge of Web methods BPM, Universal messaging, WM deployer, JDBC adaptors, SOAP and REST web services, SFTP/FTP services c: Should have basic skills of Unix, SQL
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Strong communication and interpersonal skills b: Able to lead applications with minimal dependency from supervisors, experience working in Onshore/Offshore model
